Our first step together involves a thorough review of your symptoms, your psychosocial and medical history, and your treatment goals. Following the assessment, we'll develop a personalized, evidence-based treatment plan that might include therapeutic strategies, medication recommendations, or lifestyle adjustments.
When we start your treatment, my priority is getting to know you. I want you to feel at ease working with me collaboratively, making decisions together. Our sessions will feel more like a conversation than a doctor's appointment.

Medication Management
When it comes to medication management, we focus on prescribing and monitoring psychotropic medications to help you achieve better mental health. Medications can support other strategies like therapy or provide quicker relief from distressing symptoms. The goal is to eventually discontinue medications once you've developed healthier coping skills and made the necessary lifestyle changes. Besides medication, we might also look at your diet, sleep, and exercise habits. Additionally, we'll encourage exploring alternative approaches such as meditation and mindfulness.

Insurance Accepted
**If we do not accept your insurance or your insurance does not pay, we accept all major credit cards, HSA and FSA payments and can provide a superbill for out of network billing.

Please note that there will be a flat fee charge of $50-$ 100 for any ancillary services, such as form completion or letter drafting, that require more than 5 minutes additional administrative time outside of appointments.

- Our cancellation (no show) policy

Please note that if you cancel an appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time (excluding weekends and holidays) or if you don't show up, there will be a $100 cancellation fee. I understand that sometimes things come up unexpectedly. In special circumstances, I can waive the cancellation fee as a one-time courtesy.
